You need to
create a pitch for your music video concept; you should plan and deliver your
pitch as a group (pitching to start on Friday). Your pitch should include:
uDetails of your song (you may want to play some of it)
uDetails of the artist/band you have created, including
name, back story and image/style. Logo ideas if you have them.
uWhich record label your band/artist is signed to and
why
uDetails of your target audience
uDetails of your video concept – you may want to use
images to help communicate this
uHow will you address Goodwin’s theory, including
explaining the codes & conventions of your chosen genre
It is
important that your pitch is engaging. The class will be giving feedback on
your ideas and this forms part of your audience research.
